Stock Hunter is the new way to search our database of over 20,000 pre-sale,
re-sale, and rental units with commission rates in just minutes.
Search via location, room type, and price
The price list and commission is then emailed to you straight away
How to use Stock Hunter?
It's Pretty Easy!
- Step 1 – Enter E-mail
Enter the e-mail address you wish to get the price list delivered to.
- Step 2 – Location
Choose the location you would like to perform the search in.
*The next steps are an example of project search in Bangkok*
- Step 3 – Search Method
Choose your preferred search method. Choose from:
– By developer
– By BTS/MRT
– Or by a summary of matching projects
- Step 4 – Choose Projects or Area
– If you chose to search by a specific developer, you can select up to 10 projects.
– If you chose to search by BTS/MRT, you can select only one area.
- Step 5 – Unit Type
Choose the unit type you are looking for from studious to 5 bedrooms.
- Step 6 – Price Range
Select the price range of units. There are five choices available (you can choose multiple):
– Any
– 0 – 2 MB
– 2 – 5 MB
– 5 – 10 MB
– 10 MB
- Step 7 – Commission
Please let us know if you would like the commission to be shown on the exported price list.
